We have worked hard to keep our process as quick and simple for you as
possible.
1. You e-mail us with your images and instructions to service@caledoniandigital.co.uk and quote service 1, 2, or 3 in the subject line, or you post your photos to us at the address at the bottom of the page
and we will scan them on our premises before returning them to you.
2. We edit your images per your instructions.
3. We display the enhanced images in a private password-protected Gallery (that only you can view), along
with the originals.
4. We e-mail you with a link to the gallery, and with the password.
5. You view the final images.
6. If you are happy, then you order and pay to instantly download the new images from our secure shopping
cart (provided by Roman Cart).
7. Every order comes with 1 free 6x4 print, and additional prints can be ordered from only £0.90 each
during the purchase process (free postage and packing). Alternatively, you can print off extra copies at home or send your
enhanced image to your favourite online print shop.
8. You ENJOY your photos of the people you love and the memories you treasure.

We need a high resolution image
to work on. If you are sending us an image by e-mail, then please do NOT allow your e-mail program or Windows to make your
pictures smaller. It may take longer to send the e-mail (depending on your internet connection) but it will make the results
better.

Please provide as much detail as possible about the changes
you would like to see.

Remember, we don't know who the people in the photograph
are, so please don't just refer to them by name.

We will take on any challenge, but for best results the
original picture should have some redeeming features.
